Shipping Policy
At Elestrals, we’re committed to getting your favorite products — including Booster Boxes, Starter Decks, Card Sleeves, Plushies, or any of our other products — into your hands as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you’ll find all the details on how we handle shipping to ensure the best experience for you.
Processing Times
Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be processed. During rare occasions such as sales, new product releases, or federal holidays, processing times could take up to 10 business days.
We process orders almost every day, however, not all carriers work on the same schedule. Depending on the product, and selected carrier, orders typically ship from our fulfillment center within 3 -10 business days. Please note that business days exclude holidays observed by the Post Office, such as New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and others.
Increased demand during sales, promotions, or new product releases, may extend order processing beyond standard times. We’ll always do our best to keep you updated!
United States Shipping
We offer a range of shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are provided directly by the carriers at checkout. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates from the carriers and may vary.
Please note: Shipping times do not include processing times and the holidays observed by the Post Office, such as New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and others, should be considered.
PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and U.S. Territories
We gladly accept orders to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories. However, delivery times may vary based on location.
International Shipping
Orders are typically processed in your local currency and conversion rates can vary.
We ship worldwide to many countries! Shipping times for international orders depend on the destination and customs clearance procedures. Please note:
- Standard International Shipping: Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are provided directly by the carriers at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates from the carriers, do not account for processing times, and may vary.
- Duties and Taxes: For international shipments, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in your total at checkout and will need to be settled with the relevant authorities upon arrival.
For countries where tracking isn’t available, please note we can’t be held responsible for non-delivery.

Free Shipping
We offer Free Economy Shipping on orders over a certain amount for our loyalty program members. Be sure to join our loyalty program to take advantage of this offer!
Incorrect Address
Double-check your shipping address at checkout! If a mistake is made, please contact support@elestrals.com immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee a change to your address once an order is placed. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to attempt a reship or offer a refund for the order subtotal once we receive the returned package.
Pre-Orders
If your order includes pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order product becomes available.
Track Your Order
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number is typically sent via email so you can keep an eye on your delivery’s journey. Please remember that shipping times are estimates and do not account for processing time. Delivery dates can vary depending on your selected shipping option and location.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
We strive to pack all your orders perfectly, but human error is inevitable. Things can happen throughout your package’s journey.
Please promptly contact us after receiving your products for any errors or damages.
Email support@elestrals.com with your order number, incorrect items, pictures of the packaging, or any visible damages. Once we receive this information, we can help you out!
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by minimal factory defects, normal wear and tear, accidents, improper care or cleaning (including odor), non-standard usage, negligence, or items purchased at trade shows.
