The Ohio Event Center is your home base for the weekend, and parking is completely free, so bring the car and don't think twice about it.
Our associated hotel, the Cherry Valley Hotel, is officially sold out. If you haven't booked yet, we've secured an overflow hotel at Courtyard by Marriott, a five minute ride from the venue. Close enough to roll out of bed and onto the floor.

The Event Schedule
Save the schedule image to your phone before you travel. If you ever need to double-check a time or a room, verify it in the Columbus Open App you'll be able to install at the event, or grab a staff member and we'll point you the right way.
Times are subject to change, so keep an eye out.
And don't miss the Super Casual Event on Friday night, where Creator Cards are LEGAL to play. Then close out Saturday evening with the Gammbit Gameshow on the Main Stage for a shot at some incredible prizes.

Awakened Demo
The Elestrals Awakened demo is available to try out! The dev team will be on site showing off the game and they’d love to talk with you about it.
Divine Slingers
Play against aDrive, ShadyPenguinn, and PokeaimMD!! And on Friday only, Kaycreigh and PKSparkxx will take challenges as well.
Spirit Splingers
Clash with hand-picked ambassadors who will each represent an element. If you beat them, you get a free Columbus Spirit of that element!
Pull a Stellar, get a Reward
If you pull a Serialized Stellar at the event at any time, bring it to the shop and we’ll give you a FREE box of Frostfall.
Prize Wall
Tickets are available in a bunch of different ways. Players can pool tickets towards larger prizes by asking staff at the shop.

Which side are you on?
Friday Night is Trade Night!
Trade Night right at the venue on Friday night at 7pm. Come by to hang out, pick up your badge goodies, make some trades, and play in our free Super Casual tournament at 7:30pm.
This event is just like our webcam casuals with 30 minute best-of-1 rounds and a fixed 4 round duration, so it’ll be over in a couple hours. However, unlike normal events… CREATOR CARDS ARE LEGAL!
There will be quite a few creators in the crowd - if you run into one of them, good luck! This event will reward prize wall tickets to ALL participants.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I purchase multiple Player Badges at once?
No, you can only purchase one Player Badge per account.
Can I buy both a Reverse Stellar Badge and a Serialized Stellar Badge?
Yes, you can purchase multiple Spectator badges with either Stellar Badge upgrade while supplies last.
Can I purchase a Player or Spectator Badge and then get one of the Stellar Upgrades at a later date?
Yes, while supplies last of the Stellar Upgrade rewards. You must email us at support@elestrals.com to upgrade an existing badge purchase.
Are there limits to the number of Stellar Upgrades available?
There are limited quantities. These will be available while supplies last.
Do I get everything in the Player Badge pack in addition to the Stellar Upgrades?
Yes, the Reverse Stellar and Serialized Stellar Badge Upgrades are additional to your Player or Spectator Badge.
Will the physical items from the Badge package be shipped out to me?
All items must be picked up on-site. Inability to do so will lead to a forfeiture of your Badge and associated package items. No refunds will be issued.
Will I be able to acquire more Columbus Art Spirit Bundles on-site?
Yes, there will be unique opportunities on-site to obtain the Columbus Art Spirits cards.

You can also guarantee a set via the optional Reverse Stellar and/or Serialized Stellar Badge upgrades once Badges are Available.
Will the Columbus event exclusive items be available to purchase separately online?
All Event items are exclusively available via the allocated Badge packages when tickets go live.
Selected items will be available to purchase on-site.
Can I use the cards received in the badge packages during the Columbus Open Tournament?
Yes, as the cards are legal, any publicly released alt art variants are free to use at events once they're distributed.
Will there be Activities / Events for Spectators, or is this a Player-only event?
The Event will cater to both Players AND Spectators!
We will have a wide array of activities and side events for attendees to do on site.

How do I register for the Side Events?
Registration for side events must be done on-site.

What will the Entry Fee / Cost for the Side Events be?
All on-site Side Events will have an associated Entry Fee to them. More information will be provided on the available Side Events in early-October 2025.
Can we bring Family and/or Friends to the event?
Yes. Registered Players can bring Family and/or Friends to the event.
However, all non-players will each require their own Spectator Badge to enter the site.
Youth under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Children 5 and under can enter free with an adult Spectator.
Can I refund or transfer my Badge after registering?
Refunds are not available for this event, and Badges are not transferrable.

Where is the closest airport to the Event location?
The closest airport to the event is the John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH).
Approximately 35 minutes away by car.
Will there be a prize wall?
- Yes! We'll have a Prize Wall just like we did at the 2026 World Championships. You'll be able to earn tickets in a variety of ways and use those tickets for cool stuff. More details will be revealed as we get closer to the event.
Will there be on-site parking at the venue?
There is FREE on-site parking available.
