Can I purchase multiple Player Badges at once?
No, you can only purchase one Player Badge per account.
Can I buy both a Reverse Stellar Badge and a Serialized Stellar Badge?
Yes, you can purchase multiple Spectator badges with either Stellar Badge upgrade while supplies last.
Can I purchase a Player or Spectator Badge and then get one of the Stellar Upgrades at a later date?
Yes, while supplies last of the Stellar Upgrade rewards. You must email us at support@elestrals.com to upgrade an existing badge purchase.
Are there limits to the number of Stellar Upgrades available?
There are limited quantities. These will be available while supplies last.
Do I get everything in the Player Badge pack in addition to the Stellar Upgrades?
Yes, the Reverse Stellar and Serialized Stellar Badge Upgrades are additional to your Player or Spectator Badge.
Will the physical items from the Badge package be shipped out to me?
All items must be picked up on-site. Inability to do so will lead to a forfeiture of your Badge and associated package items. No refunds will be issued.
Will I be able to acquire more Kissimmee Art Spirit Bundles on-site?
Yes, there will be unique opportunities on-site to obtain the Kissimmee Art Spirits cards.

Will the Kissimmee event exclusive items be available to purchase separately online?
All Event items are exclusively available via the allocated Badge packages.
Selected items will be available to purchase on-site.
Can I use the cards received in the badge packages during the Kissimmee Open Tournament?
Yes, as the cards are legal, any publicly released alt art variants are free to use at events once they're distributed.
Will there be Activities / Events for Spectators, or is this a Player-only event?
The Event will cater to both Players AND Spectators!
We will have a wide array of activities and side events for attendees to do on site.

How do I register for the Side Events?
Registration for side events must be done on-site.

What will the Entry Fee / Cost for the Side Events be?
All on-site Side Events will have an associated Entry Fee to them. More information will be provided on the available Side Events in early-September 2025.
Can we bring Family and/or Friends to the event?
Yes. Registered Players can bring Family and/or Friends to the event.
However, all non-players will each require their own Spectator Badge to enter the site.
Youth under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Children 5 and under can enter free with an adult Spectator.
Can I refund or transfer my Badge after registering?
Refunds are not available for this event, and Badges are not transferrable.

Where is the closest airport to the Event location?
The closest airport to the event is the Orlando International Airport (MCO)
Approximately 25 minutes away by car.
Will there be on-site parking at the venue?
There is on-site parking available, however this will follow the venue's Parking Rates.
